Microdex can include built in test functions and by working with our manufacturing partners help develop end of line test systems either using existing equipment or by designing custom test jigs. Working with the NB3000 FPGA based system from Altium Microdex can cost effectively provide you with a custom test harness which will allow your assembly house to perform functional testing of your product. The hardware cost for the NB3000 is under £300, with its wealth of peripheral interfaces and Microdex's capabilities to produce custom peripheral boards where required, you can have a cost effective test solution with minimal hardware costs. The NB3000 with its intergrate touch screen can provide simple PASS / FAIL response to operators and allow data logging to USB flash drives or SD Cards so you have a document trail for testing. |
