Peripheral Board for Altium Nanoboard (New Release 2012)Microdex launches quad RS232 serial board for Altium Nanoboard. Designed and tested to work with the XILINX Based 3000XN, the add on module connects to the peripheral board header and enables development of application requiring additional RS232 serial interfaces. Ideal for providing rapid development with the nanoboard when you need to connect to multiple external devices with a serial interface such as GSM Modules, BlueTooth modules, GPS modules etc.
In addition to the hardware, a demo application is supplied to demonstrate operation. The RS232 port's have hardware handshaking available with can be enabled and disabled using the software platform builder. |
